Refund Policy

We will replace any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed, or otherwise deemed to be unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. We will not ship wine if the forecast includes any extreme weather to attempt to deliver our wines in the best possible condition. Please send an email to info@vineyardathershey.com or call the tasting room at 717-944-1569 to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product. Once the wine is received, and we confirm that the product is corked or flawed, we will refund your credit card account a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.

Shipping Policy

Legal Age Requirement: You must be 21 years of age or older to order and/or receive wine from the Vineyard at Hershey.  Receipt of shipments containing wine requires the signature of a person 21 years of age or older.

Default Shipping Method: All orders are shipped Ground, via Federal Express. All wines are shipped within two (2) business days of order. When your shipment is picked up by Federal Express for delivery, responsibility for the wine transfers to the purchaser.

Shipping Rates: The Vineyard at Hershey maintains every effort to publish accurate shipping rates for purchases made at winery and through its online shop. However, rate changes may occur at any time and without notification.

States: At this time, we only ship to addresses within Pennsylvania.
