Dry White Wines
An estate blend of our white varietals. Unoaked Chardonnay and dry Riesling make up the base of the wine giving a light refreshing citrus flavor. Muscat and Vidal blanc grapes add to this off dry wine’s overall complexity and provide a floral aroma.
A true Italian wine, slightly re-imagined with just a hint of residual sugar. This off-dry white features lush tropical fruit overtones, notably, pineapple. Serve with seafood: scallops, grilled shrimp, & white pasta sauces.
An aromatic wine with juicy apple notes, apricot, and peach flavors coupled with a light floral nose and a hint of spice in the finish. Made to be crisp and dry to highlight the unique flavors of this grape.
Dry Red Wines
This full-bodied red wine is a perfect blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot combining dark fruit with notes of plum, currant, and spice. This wine has a warm, pleasant finish.
A full-bodied, fruit forward Merlot that doesn’t disappoint on the finish. While initial flavors of cherry play center stage, softer flavors of tobacco, leather and oak peak out on the finish.
Semi Sweet and Sweet Wines
A sweet blend of white Vidal and red Chambourcin, this wine has hints of tropical fruit and subtle strawberry flavors.
A sweet, aromatic white wine with notes of citrus and apricot. Pairs well with fresh fruits and goat cheese.
This is an excellent choice for those who enjoy sweet wines! This red lambrusco-style wine is a nod to our winemaker’s Italian-American heritage and sports fruity notes of cherry and cranberry.
This blush is true to the Catawba grape featuring loads of fruit flavors from strawberry to melon. Pairs well with pork and BBQ.
Dessert & Specialty Wines
Fun and flirty, this sweet white wine is carbonated to provide a unique burst of grape-y flavor. Sweet and fruity and perfect for picnics.
A signature sweet Orange Muscat blend by our winemaker, featuring over the top tropical notes that will leave you craving more. Lightly carbonated to enhance the fruit notes.
Cocoa Di Vezzetti (375 mL)
Named after our wine maker this is one of his favorite specialties. A fruit forward Merlot base aged on cocoa nibs and dark chocolate and fortified with brandy to create a rich and indulgent chocolaty dessert port-style wine.
